About Me
I've built products and services for 20+ years across Asia and Europe, as both a Product Manager and Product Consultant. Today I build product systems using AI-native workflows, moving from idea to working products in days instead of months.
I prototype real product systems using Claude Code, Codex and task-specific AI models. Instead of long specs and delayed learning, I show working ideas early. Less guessing. Better decisions. Fewer wasted sprints.
My own projects are proof that this approach works. The goal isn't replacing teams. It's removing the friction between thinking and shipping.
Off the clock, you'll find me with Muttley, my Chow Chow, playing Call of Duty or Battlefield, deep into a Lego Technic build or tinkering with home servers on Raspberry Pis.

Worked with Oliver Wyman on a financial project, then with a client in the Middle East. I returned to Pune late 2022 to be closer to family. In 2024 I started building independently. Lean, hands-on, AI-native workflows. Clear specs, fast prototyping. My own builds prove the approach works. Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet) | Kuala LumpurAt PayNet I helped build a next generation banking platform. Real time payments, account data, eKYC and more. API first, cloud native and built to scale for banks and businesses. I also helped shift the team from slow waterfall delivery to a faster product mindset. Designed and launched MyDebit’s authentication service on AWS. Fast, secure and built for scale. Also worked closely with the C-suite to shape product strategy across key national projects, including Malaysia's push into Open Banking. Big moves, real outcomes.

Responsive, fast and built to convert for a subscription-based meal brand. HTML5 + SCSS with modular components, smooth motion and sticky nav. Optimized assets keep it sharp and quick despite the rich visuals.

Photography portfolio with interactive lightbox gallery and category filtering. Vite + React + TypeScript + Tailwind with lazy loading. React Router keeps transitions smooth — clean, type-safe and performance-focused.
