I've built products and services for 20+ years across Asia and Europe, as both a Product Manager and Product Consultant. Today I build products using AI-native workflows, moving from idea to working software in days instead of months.
I prototype real product systems using Claude Code, Codex, Kimi Code and task-specific adjacent tools. Instead of long specs and delayed learning, I show working ideas early. Less guessing. Better decisions. Fewer wasted sprints.
My own projects are proof that this approach works. The goal isn't replacing teams. It's removing the friction between thinking and shipping.
Off the clock, you'll find me with Muttley, my Chow Chow, playing Call of Duty or Battlefield, deep into a Lego Technic build or tinkering with home servers on Raspberry Pis.
After a pandemic year in Berlin, I spent 2022 in Kuala Lumpur as a Product Management Consultant. Worked with Oliver Wyman on a financial services project, then with a client in the Middle East.
I returned to Pune late 2022 to be closer to family.
In 2024 I started building independently. Lean, hands-on, AI-native workflows. Clear specs, fast prototyping. My own builds prove the approach works.

At Delivery Hero I helped launch the fintech strategy across more than 50 markets. Align teams quickly. Start smart. Build the foundation for scale.
My role was to get things moving.
At PayNet I helped build a next generation banking platform. Real time payments, account data, eKYC and more. API first, cloud native and built to scale for banks and businesses.
I also helped shift the team from slow waterfall delivery to a faster product mindset. Designed and launched MyDebit's authentication service on AWS. Fast, secure and built for scale.
Also worked closely with the C-suite to shape product strategy across key national projects, including Malaysia's push into Open Banking. Big moves, real outcomes.

AI that flatters too easily is not helpful. It weakens judgment, hides uncertainty and becomes dangerous in coding work.
Using one coding agent to build and another to verify changed outcomes more than model upgrades alone.
AI made execution cheaper. That raises the value of product work upstream: framing problems, reducing ambiguity and verifying intent before drift ships.
I build LEGO Technic to clear my head. Gears, pistons, mechanics clicking into place. It keeps me close to cars and bikes without needing a garage. Sharpens focus. Keeps things calm.
