Worked with Oliver Wyman on a financial project there, then on another for a client in the Middle East. Helped build and grow emerging services across the region. By the end of 2022, I moved back to Pune to be closer to family. In 2024, I started something new — lean, hands-on and entirely my own.

Delivery Hero SE | BerlinAt Delivery Hero, I helped kick off their Fintech strategy, setting the groundwork across 50+ markets. My job: get alignment fast, start smart and lay the foundation for scale. I came in to get things moving — and I did.
Functional Product Architect (Deputy Director)
Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet) | Kuala LumpurAt PayNet, I led the buildout of a next-gen banking platform - real-time payments, account data, e-KYC, the works. Built on APIs, cloud-native and built to scale - for banks and businesses, local and global. I helped steer the shift from slow, waterfall thinking to a faster, product-driven mindset. Designed and launched MyDebit’s authentication service on AWS — fast, secure and built for scale. Also worked closely with the C-suite to shape product strategy across key national projects, including Malaysia’s push into Open Banking. Big moves, real outcomes.

Full-screen, responsive site promoting eco-tourism packages. Clean design, smooth flow and subtle animations for polish. Built with HTML5 + SCSS (BEM), modular structure — fast, simple, maintainable.

Dark landing page for a lightweight video hosting platform. Next.js 15 + TypeScript with SCSS modules and Framer Motion animations. Structured data and optimized assets keep it fast and SEO-ready.

Responsive, fast and built to convert for a subscription-based meal brand. HTML5 + SCSS with modular components, smooth motion and sticky nav. Optimized assets keep it sharp and quick despite the rich visuals.
My LEGO Technic Builds
I build LEGO Technic to clear my head. The pull is precision—gears, pistons, mechanics clicking into place. It’s how I stay close to cars and bikes without touching a garage. It keeps me sharp, creative, calm. Not nostalgia. Therapy.
